Project scope:

The main objective is to assess, implement and deliver complex business development and strategic projects (strategy deployment, M&A integration, organizational change, and restructuring) with emphases on finance to meet divisional strategic and financial goals.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting Client Management and key account to assess appropriate size of quote, identified potential backlog, win and deliver new clients to improve regional market share.

Help and lead multiple programs / projects by identifying right level of project governance and control procedures.

Set appropriate project goals and objectives and align them with rest of the project team and key stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plan and get commitment (assigning part of project to appropriate skills) from the task owners.

Manage cost schedule and control appropriate coding

Track, control and report schedule & cost variances

Pro-actively identify and quantify risks; introduced tracking sheets for variances and appropriate review

Developed plans to reduce cost expenses – direct and indirect

Establish and Managed appropriate Budget models/process and procedures

Introduced and managed Forecasting process and train department heads on appropriate models

Provided and present marginal analysis per clients and per projects

SG&A Cost Reduction

Operational Cost Reduction

Continuously evaluate team performance and escalate issues risking project progress in timely manner

To prepare and lead regular project status meetings, prepare weekly reports and customer presentations

Established and managed Weekly operational Dashboard inclusive of operational KPI’s open for discussion

Established and managed SG&A Dashboard and review variances in between Actual results, Forecast and Budget

To take ownership of internal and external deadlines and drive issues to resolution
